Merry Christmas Everyone!
Of course I would like to take the time to thank all of my
readers over this last year! It was this
time last year I was thinking about starting a blog and only a few days later I
put things into action. Little did I know that this blog would allow me to meet
some truly wonderful people, interview some incredible people, gain a worldwide
readership, seen some fantastic shows and so much more.
It has been much harder committing to keeping a blog, more
so than I originally thought. I wanted to create a space to share things I am
passionate about and in doing so create quality posts. I want to give something
a little different. It has never been about how many posts I could do, more
about what they contain. This takes a crazy amount of time to do, especially
when you have a full time job and other commitments. I feel it’s been worth all
the stress, late nights etc as this blog (according to my basic stats at least)
has had over 50,000 views, been shared by top company What Katie Did, top model
Bernie Dexter and the legendary Dita Von Teese.
The success of the blog had led to the creation of an online
burly boutique, Appleton Productions which I have now produced my first show (blog
post to come soon) and expanded to cover a wide range of topics.
Who knows what 2014 will bring! I can only hope bigger and
better progress and more excitement! I would like to thank you all for reading
and sharing this website. I hope you have all had a great Christmas today and
